Nano released his debut album, Hip-Hop Lives, on his birthday, October 5th, of 2009. It was orginally set to be released on April 21, 2009 but was pushed back.
Nano won Best Song of January 2009 for "Money" and Best Song of February 2009 for "Real Soldier" making him the third V-Town signee to win an award.
Nano had a few songs released on the V-Town Records collaborative mixtape V-Town Records Presents: Connected the Mixtape.
Nano is currentley working on his debut solo mixtape, Before Till Death Do Us Part, which, as 520theking puts it, "captures [Nano's] journey through a relationship".
Recently Nano released "Nothing Without You", the first single from his upcoming mixtape, via his Facebook page. Soon after, he released the second single, "Get Money (M.O.B.)" on Facebook.
Nano's sophmore album will be a follow up to the mixtape. The album will be named Till Death Do Us Part.
Nano will also be featured on the Vista Vol. 1 collaborative album.
